Stove top Flatbread
Ingredients
  • 2 cup of self raising flour
  • 1 cup of Greek/natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp oil
Method

Mix all ingredients together and knead for a few minutes to form a smooth dough.

Transfer to an oiled bowl and cover with glad wrap. Leave in a warm spot for 45mins to rest and slightly prove.

Heat your BBQ or a cast iron pan to screaming hot.

Tip dough out onto a well floured surface and roll out to 4mm thick.

Cut into equal pieces and cook on either your BBQ or cast iron pan for a few minutes each side.

You want to get some good char lines as these are packed with flavour.

Serve with almost anything! Curries, Mexican/Turkish food or just some plain and simple guacamole! Mmmmmm mmmm.
