Unfortunately no, we only deliver throughout New Zealand. Our home baking is best enjoyed fresh, but we encourage you to show off our treats on instagram so overseas family and friends can see what they are missing out on!

Best before dates vary and are included in your home baked box, but as our baked goods are made fresh to order, we do recommend consumption within 2 weeks for most products. Keep this time-frame into account when ordering ahead for a gift or special occasion.

Sure can, under each product you have the option to add a special note that we'll include in the box.
Yes! Our Mystery Box can be sent out the same day if ordered by 11am, otherwise orders after 11pm will be sent out the next business day. Orders within Wellington City may be able to be delivered in less than three days, please contact us to discuss email@example.com or 04 471 0121
Your home baked box will be around 3-5 business days for residential or commercial addresses, and 5-6 business days for rural addresses.
Residential delivery - free, Rural delivery - $7, Saturday delivery - $7
If you are not home when the order is delivered, our courier will do their best to leave the package in a safe place. We don't accept any liability for the treatment or handling of your order once we've left it at the delivery location.
Unfortunately not, deliveries are restricted to our courier company’s schedule
Each order is processed using Paypal or eWAY payment providers.
Home Baked does not collect or hold any credit card information. This information is processed by eWAY or PayPal. (see bottom of the page for eWay & PayPal privacy security details)
The personal information we collect at the time of the order (such as customer name, delivery address and email address) will not be disclosed to anyone else. This information will be used internally, or on the occasion that we may email you with special promotions – unless you ask us not to.
As the products are fresh and edible we do not accept returns, but if you are not happy with the quality or condition of the products on arrival, please let us know immediately.
If the order has not been processed we will happily make the changes to the order, and provide a partial of full refund where applicable.
